Categories of documents

Documents, as required under law, rules and regulations such as register of Shareholders/Record of the proceedings of the RGB meetings, Board Meetings and various Committee meetings, documents executed by customers/borrowers/guarantors,title deeds, contracts with third parties, Balance Sheets, record of the staff, etc., are held by the concerned branch/branch heads and HO officials/department heads.
